Our Startup with an unique concept to provide more pure and clean drinking water to every Indian irrespective of the socio economic background. We will be working on direct tie-up with BIS registered Manufacturer of Packaged Drinking Water throughout the Country to ensure the highest degree of Purified water, through LinkedIn and with a positive response to that he asked me to forward the same with you. I have come up This E commerce Business designed for Indian Market itself now we are looking for some good Investors like you to give us a chance to present the Startup for funding which will not only help you to grow capital but also help to increase its valuation in global market. We aim to generate the revenue from the Urban Part of India and then the profitability will be partially spend through providing the Pure Drinking Water to the Real Needy People in Rural area & Hilly Area and as benefit we will be getting partial Tax Exemption from Govt. In India, Sodas accounted for close to Rs 14,000 Cr. in sales in the year to 2016, while Drinking water Industry was making a business of INR Rs. 3,700 Cr. And in 2017 the Drinking Water industry further increases to INR. Rs. 4500 Cr. market, internal industry sources estimated, adding that this excludes bulk packaged water. In the Project we will be attracting the Registered Manufacturers & Resellers with lot of incentives like, ? Presently All the Manufacturers are making only (11.22-17.00)% of Profit/ case (12 Nos Bottle) of Packaged Drinking Water But while they will sell through us initially they get minimum (31.40-50)%. ? The resellers are making only (15.00-20.00)% of Profit/ case (12 Nos Bottle) of Packaged Drinking Water But while they will sell through us initially they get minimum (18.40-20)%. ? The Retailers were making huge money (50.22-55.00) % of Profit/ case (12 Nos. Bottle) of Packaged Drinking Water But while they will sell through us there margin reduced to (31.40-50)%. ? As the manufacturer gets higher profit they will be more than happy to sell through us. So while the Manufacturer will sell their product through us the Next consumers on the Hierarchy will have no choice but to buy from us. ? Initially to attract the manufacturers we will also provide more benefits such as High Margin Rate, Lot of Incentives, frequent order everything. But with given time (May be in 1 or 2 years time) as more Manufactures, Resellers, Retailers and consumers got attracted to use the facility the ordering Frequency to individual Manufacturer will be dropped down and Hence the Incentive. ? If we keep the pricing same it will attract the end-user to take the Service or availing the facility so the Business will be always steady to have more customers with that our business’s top line keep growing only effect will be on Slowly reducing Customers Incentive. Finally when People will feel our inevitability we will do the monopoly in the Market. ? We will aim for being a choice of every Indian’s Drinking Needs at very affordable costing even for the Slam Dwellers. As a result of this high Demand Generation the supply will increase and subsequently the suppliers Incentive Decrees at a very slow rate. ? We will make a sustainable profit as our pricing will be moderate and presently there are no more competitors in the Market. ? Our Margin will be Rs. 20.00/Case considering we will be selling atleast 50000 Case/ Day in one State only. There will be attached 25 more states Manufacturer within 2/3 years of the project ? Our Margin will be Rs. 20.00/Case (12 Nos. Bottle) considering we will be selling atleast 50000 Case/ Day of Each type Packaging (200ml, 500ml, 1Ltr, 2 Ltr and in Bulk Containers 5 Ltr, 10 Ltr, 20 Ltr) in one State only. There will be attached 25 more state’s Manufacturer within 2/3 years of Launch of the project ? The start our Operations Starting from India, partnering with the entire registered Manufacturer and their Distribution Network. We will also Tie-up with local Small Business Units with providing them more Profit Margin than they are getting now and may be within 1 year or 2 when People will feel our inevitability we will do the monopoly in the Market. So May be in one Year or Two we could be a major Player of $ 6.0 Bn Industry. Everything is well planned and to be executed, however seed investment is the main requirement we have for now.
